Top Recipes of 2012

I can’t believe we are saying goodbye to 2012 and heading into a New Year, time just flies by.   It has been a great year and I have a lot of new things in store for 2013.   I will be kicking off 2013 my New Year, New You series.

new year, new you

New Year, New You will focus on healthy eating with recipes that are easy to create and family friendly.  Many of us like to start the New Year with resolutions whether it is to eat better, exercise more, or to get organized,  etc…  Since I have worked as a weight-loss consultant for a national weight-loss center before, I thought I would use my knowledge of eating healthy combined with a balanced diet and incorporate that into recipes I have created.   Some recipes are new ones I created while others are healthy spins on some popular dishes.  And don’t worry for all you that enjoy my sweet treats, I will still share those on occasion.  My food for thought is you can eat anything, well almost anything in moderation.  I am excited to kick this New Year off and I am eager to share these new recipes with you.

Along with healthy eating, New Year, New You will also feature a weekly organizing series.  I have teamed up with my friend and organizing expert Jennifer Ford Berry that will be based from her best selling book Organize Now!  I can’t wait to share some of these useful ideas and tips as well.

But before we move on with 2013, let’s revisit the Top 10 recipes of 2012.
