When I entertain I love to serve a signature drink.  This year I have three signature drinks on my list that I will be serving for different gatherings;  this Peppermint Stick is one of them.

Coming up later this week is a new video of Pantry Crashers which we will be chatting about holiday entertaining and featuring an easy recipe for my Roasted Garlic Puff Pastry Flatbread that is sooo good.  In the video I will be sharing with you my holiday party menu ideas which includes this drink.  It makes a great signature holiday party cocktail that everyone will love.

I am far from a mixologist, and you can usually find me with a glass of wine opposed to a mixed drink in hand, but lately I have been enjoying some mixed cocktails I have been whipping up.  I wanted to create a peppermint drink that was creamy and tasted like a peppermint stick and my favorite Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Latte, so I created this yummy cocktail.

It is quite simple to make.  It only requires a few ingredients and a quick spin in the blender to create this creamy drink you will love to sip on during the holidays.

  1. This looks and sounds delicious. I would probably have to put a limit on these for myself because I could sit a sip these all day and evening long. Cheers!
