60 Kid-Friendly Recipes from www.motherthyme.com

My kids used to be great eaters.  When they first starting eating solid foods, they would eat everything (well, almost everything) I put in front of them.  I never thought they would become picky eaters.

Enter age 3.

They began not liking foods they always ate and would push everything away that I would make.  It can be frustrating to feel like your kids won’t eat anything or they just want a Cheese Quesadilla every. single. night.  Trust me, I know!

Homemade Spaghetti O's

Kid’s go through stages.  What they may not like one week, will be their favorite to eat the next.  You just need to keep giving it to them until they try it.  Once half the plate is gone, you know it was finally a success.

If you are afraid your kids are not getting their daily intake of fruit and veggies, there are many ways to incorporate it.  Add it into smoothies, or mix it in sauces.  The more you introduce your kids to healthy fruits and veggies, the more they will get used to the taste and will be willing (hopefully) to eat it.

Do you have picky eaters or just looking for new ideas to feed the kids?  Here are 60 Kid-Friendly Recipes from breakfast to dessert sure to be a hit with the kids (and parents, too!)
