Banana Pineapple Coconut Smoothie (+ Pantry Crashers Video)
Escape to the tropics with this sweet and delicious Banana Pineapple Coconut Smoothie.
This week has been full of smoothies. Â The week kicked off with 60 Smoothie Recipes, a list full of delicious smoothies that you definitely will want to keep on hand.
Wednesday I went green with a Banana Mango Green Smoothie made with coconut water. Â It is light and refreshing. Â Even people who don’t love green smoothies will love it.
This Banana Pineapple Coconut Smoothie is another one of my go to smoothies.  It is sweet, creamy and tastes like a Piña Colada.  The best part is this smoothie uses easy items like canned coconut milk and a can of pineapple chunks that you can always have on hand.
My kids are little monkeys and love bananas. Â My fruit bowl is always filled with them. Â Once in awhile they get a little brown. Â When they do, if I’m not ready to make Banana Bread, I’ll peel them and toss them in the freezer. Â Frozen bananas are great for smoothies. Â Any fruit that may not be ready for the garbage or compost, but too ripe to eat I always put in the freezer. Â I have a storage container that I just add fruit to anytime I have fruit on hand that has seen better days. Â I love to do that with veggies too which I use for making stock.
Jennifer Ford Berry and I are back with another episode of Pantry Crashers.  In this episode, Jennifer shows you a typical pantry and gives some great tips and ideas for a functional and organized pantry.  Then we head into the kitchen as we chat about healthy eating and  whip up this tasty smoothie.

Yum! I love anything coconut, reminds me of a pina colada!
Like the smoothie but no where do I see how many calories are in let’s say an 8 oz glass?
