The holidays are my favorite time of year. We love heading out on the weekends to attend holiday events, going on sleigh rides, attending tree lighting ceremonies, and of course visit with Santa. Every weekend is packed with fun festive family activities. It keeps us busy.

One of my holiday favorites is Cocktail Meatballs. They are so easy to make and are always a hit! My Cocktail Meatballs are made with Farm Rich Original Meatballs, barbecue sauce, a can of whole cranberry sauce, balsamic vinegar, and a splash or orange juice. They simmer in the slow cooker with a few sprigs of fresh rosemary. Not only do these smell good while cooking,but they taste amazing and are gluten free!

Slow Cooker Cocktail Meatballs

An easy recipe for Cocktail Meatballs simmered in fresh sprigs of rosemary. The perfect addition to any holiday party!

Ingredients

  • 28 ounce bag frozen Farm Rich original meatballs
  • 18 ounce bottle barbecue sauce
  • 14 ounce can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Juice from one orange (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 23 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
  2. In a medium bowl mix barbecue sauce, cranberry sauce, orange juice and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Pour oven meatballs and stir to coat.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until heated through. Remove rosemary sprig and serve.
