It’s like a creamy version of guacamole that can be used as a dip or drizzle on top of tacos, chicken, pork, nachos, you name it.

If you love avocado and creamy sauces or dips you can going to love this Avocado Cream. Not only is it delish but it is so easy to make! You just need a few avocados, some sour cream, cilantro, a lime, a clove of garlic and a few spices and you can literally whip this up in seconds.

Once you serve this it will be gone quicker than it took for you to make it.

An easy recipe for Avocado Cream – great to serve as a dip or drizzle on tacos, nachos or whatever you’d like!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • Juice from one lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut avocado in half. Remove pit and scoop avocado meat into food processor.
  2. Add sour cream, cilantro, garlic, lime zest, lime juice, cumin, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Pulse on high until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Season with salt to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or top with llime juice, cover tightly until ready to serve
