They are delicious to munch on alone, for pies, to add in to your morning oatmeal or my favorite; Banana Blueberry Peanut Butter Smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 medium banana, peeled
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of ice cubes
Instructions
- Add ingredients in the above order listed and blend until desired consistency.

Just found your website and tried the blueberry banana peanut butter smoothie first, and OMG!!! My blueberries were frozen, so I added 1/2 of low fat milk. I think I found my new breakfast.
