Chocolate Bread

Who doesn’t love bread?   I love going to a cute little bakery and seeing all the beautiful loaves of breads and the aroma of bread baking in the oven.  I’m like a little kid in a bread store!   I love sampling all the different kinds.

There are so many kinds of breads, and I don’t think I have ever had one I haven’t liked.  Add chocolate to bread and I got two of my favorite things all in one.

What I like about this bread is it is just your simple, basic, chocolate bread.  It makes for a nice base to add a variety of goodies in it.  Add, nuts, M&M’s, chocolate chips, dried cranberries, raisins or for this one I added one cup of white chocolate chips.  Add a combination of some nuts and chocolate chips or just leave it plain and serve with ice cream.  One of my favorite things to do is to cut it in to little cubes and serve it on a dessert bar with little dips like chocolate, whip cream, and cherry syrup.   Serve it for breakfast, for dessert or just as a midday snack.   However you decide to serve it, it will definitely be enjoyed!
