For this month’s Secret Recipe Club I had the pleasure of being assigned to Amy’s Cooking Adventures. Like me, Amy is a stay at home mom of two adorable children. She shares a lovely variety of delicious recipes.
This hummus was not only simple but delicious. The only thing I switched was I used extra virgin olive oil in place of the water as in the original recipe. I also added a little more hot sauce since I like a kick and an opportunity to clear my sinuses.
Since I had this fabulous hummus whipped up, and I saw in Amy’s recipe box a recipe for Hummus Chicken Salad I thought that this hummus would be excellent in this dish as a version of Buffalo Hummus Chicken Salad. This was addicting. Super simple and makes for a delicious snack or an appetizer for entertaining.
