Get ready to dive into this tasty Strawberry Cheesecake Dip! This tasty dip only takes minutes to make with a few simple ingredients and is perfect for any party, or just if the craving for cheesecake hits!

I love to serve this yummy Strawberry Cheesecake Dip with vanilla wafers, graham crackers or even pretzel squares for a yummy sweet and salty treat!

You can make this yummy dip and serve it in a pie dish which I typically do, or have fun and get creative and make single serve containers of dips and dippers. How fun would that be for parties and picnics? Everyone can grab a little container of their own dip so they can double dip as much as they want!

You could also use blueberry or cherry pie filling, but my favorite is strawberry! Who doesn’t love that combo? This Strawberry Cheesecake Dip is creamy and delicious, and so easy to make too! Sounds like a winning combo to me!

Strawberry Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce cream cheese (soften)
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 can strawberry pie filling
  • graham crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl blend using an electric mixer cream cheese until creamy.
  2. Add heavy whipping cream and vanilla and mix on high speed until mixture thickens and soft peaks form, about 5 minutes.
  3. Reduce speed and stir in confectioners sugar and stir until combine.
  4. Spread mixture into a shallow serving dish or pie plate. Top with strawberry filling. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight until ready to serve.
