Chicken tip - Place boneless, skinless chicken breast on a foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and oregano. Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 35-40 minutes internal temperature is 165 degrees. Let chicken cool to touch, then shred with a fork. Leftover chicken, store bought rotisserie chicken also works great for this recipe.
