  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 1 cup canned pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes (about 8 large cubes)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend on high until creamy.
  2. Serve immediately.
