Ramen Noodle Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce bag of coleslaw mix
  • 1 3 oz package of chicken flavored ramen noodles crushed (save chicken seasoning packet for dressing)
  • 1 1/2 cups dried fruit and nut trail mix combination dried fruit, walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine coleslaw, crushed ramen noodles and trail mix.
  2. In a small bowl mix vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar and chicken seasoning packet.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Before serving pour dressing over coleslaw and toss.

Recipe Notes

(This recipe used Target Archer Farm Yogurt, Raisin, Pecan and Berries Mix which includes yogurt-coated raisins, sweetened cranberries, cherries and raspberries and pecans but you can use any combination of dried fruits and nuts you have on hand.
