Rosemary Cranberry Chicken Crescent Ring

  • 2 8 ounce each cans refrigerated Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls
  • 2 cups cooked chopped chicken
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly chopped rosemary


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly coat a large baking sheet or pizza pan with cooking spray.
  3. Unroll dough and separate into 8 squares pinching seams together and place in a circle overlapping dough to form a ring.
  4. In a medium bowl mix chicken, cream cheese, cranberries and rosemary.
  5. Spoon mixture evenly around the closest part to the center of the ring.
  6. Wrap the other side of dough over mixture tucking ends under.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Recipe Notes

Save time using leftover chicken or cut up chicken from a store bought rotisserie chicken which adds additional flavor to this already yummy dish!
