apples, diced
1 teaspoon
sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
Non stick cooking spray or 1 tablespoon butter
1 cup
nonfat vanilla yogurt
Pinch of all spice
1 cup
ice

Instructions
Generously spray a medium skillet or add in 1 tablespoon butter and heat on medium.
Add apples, sugar and cinnamon and cook until apples are tender, about 5 minutes.
In blender add in yogurt, all spice, cooked apples and ice and blend until desired consistency.
