Hot Reuben Dip

Get ready for Oktoberfest with this yummy Hot Reuben Dip. Deli-style corned beef, sauerkraut, swiss cheese, thousand island dressing, mayo and a little Parmesan cheese all blended together and baked until hot and bubbly. Serve with chunks of rye bread or crackers for one crowd pleasing dip everyone will love!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced deli-style corned beef (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup sauerkraut (well drained and roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 cup thousand island salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Chunks of rye bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined then spread evenly in a medium baking dish.
  3. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  4. Serve warm with chunks of rye bread
