I love my dips, especially my sweet ones. Forget using wafer cookies, graham crackers or anything I can get my hands on to dip with, I usually dig in right with a spoon. And things like cookie butter or Nutella, if I have those in my house I’m diving in with a spoon all the time.

Same goes with this super easy Pumpkin Pie Dip. It’s so thick and creamy you could definitely serve it even like a mousse. I definitely would! And who would know it’s a dip? Whether you eat it like a mousse or as a dip it doesn’t matter because it’s super delicious either way!

I think these would be so good for Thanksgiving served in cute little ramekins or dessert cups. You could even put this “dip” in little phyllo cups and serve them in little bite size treats. I’m loving that idea!

There are so many fun ways you could serve this besides a dip, you just have to try it! With just three ingredients including thawed cool whip, a can of pumpkin puree and a box of pumpkin spice jello pudding mix you can literally whip this up in seconds. And trust me, it will probably be gone in seconds too.
