Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Chicken

- 4 4 ounce each boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon freshly chopped rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1–2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place on the bottom of slow cooker.
- Mix honey, mustards, balsamic, rosemary and garlic powder together in a medium bowl.
- Pour over chicken and turn to coat.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Carefully remove breasts from slow cooker and set aside on plate.
- Whisk 1 tablespoon of flour in liquid in slow cooker until gravy thickens. Add another 1/2-1 tablespoon if necessary.
- Place breasts back in slow cooker and turn to coat then serve.

Substitute maple syrup for honey for delicious Slow Cooker Maple-Mustard Chicken.
