Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Chicken


  • 4 4 ounce each boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon freshly chopped rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 12 tablespoons all-purpose flour


  1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place on the bottom of slow cooker.
  3. Mix honey, mustards, balsamic, rosemary and garlic powder together in a medium bowl.
  4. Pour over chicken and turn to coat.
  5. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  6. Carefully remove breasts from slow cooker and set aside on plate.
  7. Whisk 1 tablespoon of flour in liquid in slow cooker until gravy thickens. Add another 1/2-1 tablespoon if necessary.
  8. Place breasts back in slow cooker and turn to coat then serve.


Substitute maple syrup for honey for delicious Slow Cooker Maple-Mustard Chicken.
