1 lb cavatappi pasta (or similar like rotini, bowties or penne)
1/2 lb broccoli florets
10 oz cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 cucumber (peeled and chopped)
2.5 oz crumbled bacon (or about 4–5 cooked bacon strips, crumbled)
1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 C diced red onion (optional)
1 1/2–2 C ranch dressing (like Hidden Valley ranch)
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse and allow to cool completely.
Add pasta to a large serving bowl and add in broccoli, tomatoes, chopped cucumber, bacon, Parmesan and red onion.
Add in 1 1/2 cups ranch dressing and toss. If desired add more ranch dressing or if not serving right away toss in a little more ranch dressing right before serving.
