Cheesy Garlic Christmas Tree Bread
‘Tis the season for this festive Cheesy Garlic Christmas Tree Bread. Serve this with a side of marinara for dipping!
If you are looking to whip up a festive holiday appetizer, then you’ll want to try this Cheesy Garlic Christmas Tree Bread. This will be one tasty appetizer everyone will love!
Not only is this festive holiday cheesy bread a holiday favorite, but it’s so easy too! With just a few ingredients, you can whip this up in no time!
WHAT YOU NEED
- Mozzarella cheese sticks
- A tube of Pillsbury pizza crust
- Melted butter
- Garlic Powder
- Dried Parsley
- Marinara for dipping
That’s it!
Pop open the tube of pizza dough and place it on a floured surface. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut out 28 squares of dough.
Next cut the cheese sticks into 1/2-inch pieces.
Next wrap the pizza dough around the cheese and place seam side down on a parchment lined baking sheet. I like to spray my baking sheet with cooking spray so the parchment paper sticks.
Start at the bottom of the tree with a row of six, followed by a row of 5, then a row of 4, and so on until you get to the top. Keep them snug together so they bake together.
Once its done, bake them in a 400 degree oven for 12-18 minutes.
While the bread is baking, mix together melted butter with garlic powder and parsley flakes. Brush on this yummy buttery garlic mix on top of the bread when it’s done and garish with lots of shredded parmesan cheese on top.
Serve immediately with a side of marinara. I love to serve this Wegmans Tomato Oil.
It’s so good!
