Simply wash and pat your berries dry. Next, remove the top and foil off the frosting and place in a microwave safe dish and microwave the cream cheese frosting in 10 second increments until it can easily be stirred and drizzled off the spoon but still thick and creamy, about 25-ish seconds. You don’t want it too thin or the frosting won’t stick to the strawberries.

Then dunk the strawberries in the frosting. I like to use a candy stick or skewer in my strawberries so I can easily dunk, then roll in the graham crackers and place on a parchment lined plate. Refrigerate once they’re all made. The frosting will harden.

Such an easy and yummy treat you’re going to love!

Easy Cheesecake Dipped Strawberries

  • Author: Jenn (Mother Thyme)

Ingredients

  • Large strawberries
  • Store bought cream cheese frosting – I use Pillsbury or Duncan Hines
  • Crushed graham crackers

How much you need depends on how many strawberries you are making. If using a pint of strawberries, you’ll need about 1/2-3/4 of a container of cream cheese frosting and about 1/4-1/3 cup crushed graham crackers.

Instructions

  • Wash strawberries and pat dry.
  • Place frosting in a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 10 second increments until it can easily be stirred and still think and creamy, about 25 seconds if using a full container. If only using half of a container, you’ll do less time. You don’t want it too thin, or the frosting won’t stick.
  • Dunk strawberries in frosting then roll in crushed graham crackers.
  • Place on a parchment or wax paper lined plate or baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until ready to serve.

Notes

Use a candy stick or skewer inserted in the top of strawberry to easily dunk in frosting and roll in graham crackers.
