Snickerdoodle Protein Balls



  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 scoops vanilla or unsweetened protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


  • Place oats in a food processor and blend on high for a few minutes until you get the consistency of flour.
  • Add oat flour to a large bowl along with protein powder, cinnamon and salt and mix together.
  • Melt coconut oil and add to oat mixture along with almond butter, honey and vanilla.
  • Mix together until combined.
  • Place mixture in the freezer for about 15 minutes until mixture is hard enough to roll into ball.
  • Remove from freezer, and roll into bite size balls. Place in an air tight container. Use wax paper in between layers.
  • Store in refrigerator.
