Easy Graham Cracker Toffee
If you have tried “Christmas Crack” wait until you try this Graham Cracker Toffee! It’s SO GOOD! Once you try this, you’ll never make it with saltines again!
Graham Cracker Toffee is a spin on the holiday favorite “Christmas Crack” that uses saltines topped with a butter, gooey topping. It’s so good! Replacing the salines with graham crackers takes this to another level! The graham crackers are firmer and have more texture to make these a cookie type recipe perfect to even make for a Christmas cookie exchange or to add to your holiday cookie platters!
But be warned! If you make this, you may want to double the batch because it’s dangerously delicious! It’s one treat that everyone will be reaching for!
Not only are these delicious they are so easy to make too! You just need graham crackers, chopped pecans, butter, sugar and vanilla to make this yummy treat!
You can even drizzle some melted chocolate on top too! But I love it just simply like this!

Notes
* I like to use the Honey Maid Fresh Stack packages. I use 24 graham cracker squares on a jelly roll pan. If using a half baking sheet you will need more squares. If using graham cracker sheets, break them in half to make squares.
** This recipe is made using a jelly roll pan which is slightly smaller than a half sheet. You can use a half sheet as well, you will just need more graham cracker squares to cover the pan.
