Easy Apple Pie Overnight Oats

APPLE PIE OVERNIGHT OATS

I could eat oatmeal everyday! I prefer it over eggs, and even a smoothie.

There is something so comforting about a bowl of oatmeal. I often just make them on the stovetop with cinnamon and stevia then add them to a bowl topped with chia seeds and a swirl of sugar free jam.

Doesn’t that sound good?

But I also love to make overnight oats for those quick breakfasts to grab and go on busy mornings. Perfect also for kiddos to take on their way to school!

I simply meal prep several at once and they are good for a few days in the refrigerator.

The combos and toppings for overnight oats are endless. What I love about these apple pie overnight oats is it has all the yummy flavor of apple pie all blended into creamy and delicious overnight oats.

I prefer my oats warm but these are also good served cold too. You just simply add the ingredients to a mason jar or container, stir it up and place them in the refrigerator overnight – hence overnight oats!

If you are looking for some easy overnight oats to whip up I hope you enjoy these as much as I do!
