quick oats
1/3 cup
maple syrup
1/4 cup
coconut oil, melted

tablespoons light brown sugar or brown coconut sugar
1 teaspoon
cinnamon
Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl toss together all the ingredients until coated.
Spread evenly in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle with a little more maple syrup and sprinkle a little more cinnamon on top.
Bake on the center rack for 10 minutes.
Gently toss and then continue to baking for another 10-15 minutes longer until toasted.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before mixing.
Once cooled store in an airtight container.
