Roasted Balsamic Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 7 cups kale leaves trimmed into 1 inch pieces (from about 1 medium bunch
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line baking sheet(s) with parchment paper, set aside.
  2. In a large bowl toss kale leaves with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt until leaves are coated. Spread kale in a single layer on baking sheet(s) and roast in preheated oven for 8-12 minutes until crispy.
  3. Let cool and enjoy.

Notes

When prepping leaves, remove leaves from white stems and then trim without stem into pieces. You may also roast these at a lower temperature at 350 degrees F for 10-15 if preferred.
