Tortilla Pinwheels


  • 8oz sour cream
  • 8oz light or regular cream cheese
  • 4oz can diced green chilies, drained
  • 4oz can chopped black olives, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 10″ flour tortillas


  1. In a large bowl stir together sour cream, cream cheese, green chilies, olives, cheese, garlic powder and salt. Divide mixture between tortillas and spread evenly. Roll tortillas.
  2. Place each tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  3. When ready to serve slice, unwrap and slice.
