Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl combine rolled oats, coconut flakes, walnuts, pecans, almonds and flax seed. In a medium bowl combine brown sugar, maple syrup, water and coconut oil.
Pour mixture over oat mixture and stir until combined. Spread mixture on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and stir. Continue to bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes more.
