Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup regular or light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 lemons (juiced (about 1/4 cup))
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 23 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until blended.
  2. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container or mason jar.

Notes

For an even lighter version, substitute plain Greek yogurt in place of mayonnaise.
