Hoisin Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 4 (6 ounce) skinless salmon fillets

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl stir hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce, orange juice, sesame seeds, sesame oil, ginger and garlic.
  3. Reserve 2 tablespoons sauce and brush the remaining on both sides of the salmon fillets. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until fish is pink and flaky. Drizzle salmon with reserved sauce.
  5. Serve immediately.
