old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup
yellow cake mix
1/2 cup
pretzels, chopped
1/4 cup
mini chocolate chips
1/4
dried cranberries (or dried blueberries or raisins)
1/4 cup
chopped walnuts (pecans or almonds), optional
1/4 cup
sugar
1/4 cup
light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1/2 cup
vegetable oil
1/4 cup
pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
1
large egg

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl mix oats, cake mix, pretzels, chocolate chips, cranberries, nuts, sugars, and salt.
In a small bowl stir oil, maple syrup, vanilla and egg until blended. Pour over oat mixture and toss until combined.
Press mixture evenly in prepared baking pan and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown, don’t overbake.
Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
Store in an airtight container.
