Buttery Ranch Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl combine all the brown sugar with all the spices.
  3. Stir spice mixture into butter.
  4. Stir in carrots and toss to coat.
  5. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes until just tender or until desired.
