milk
1/4 cup
sugar
1/2 teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon
salt
1 1/2 cups
old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup
fresh blueberries
Topping
1/4 cup
sugar
1/4 cup
all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons
butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a large saucepan add milk, sugar, vanilla and salt and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Stir in oats, return to a boil and continue to cook, stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes until oatmeal begins to thicken.
Remove from heat, gently stir in blueberries and cover. Let sit for about 3 minutes.
Topping
Mix sugar, flour and butter in a medium bowl. Using a pastry blender or fork, cut butter into sugar and flour until mixture resembles small crumbs.
Spoon cooked oatmeal into ramekins or oven safe bowls.
Generously sprinkle topping over oatmeal.
Place ramekins on a baking sheet and place in oven for about 10-15 minutes until topping begins to brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. Serve warm.
