Mississippi Mud Pie Sundae

An easy recipe for Mississippi Mud Pie Sundaes with crushed chocolate graham crackers, scoops of chocolate ice cream and topped with whipped cream, pecans and Hershey’s chocolate syrup.


Units Scale
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate graham crackers
  • 3 cups good quality chocolate ice cream
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup Hershey’s chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup chopped Hershey’s milk chocolate


  1. Divide crushed graham crackers (about 1/4 cup each) and place in the bottom of desired ice cream serving glasses.
  2. Add ice cream on top of crushed graham crackers, about 3 1/4 cup scoops each, about 3/4 cup of ice cream per serving depending on size of serving glass.
  3. Top with a dollop of whipped cream, chocolate syrup, pecans and chopped chocolate.
  4. Serve immediately.
