Mini Cheddar Ranch Cheese Ball Bites

- 1 package (8 ounces cream cheese)
- 3 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese or cheddar cheese blend
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dill
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 12 pretzel sticks
- In a large bowl mix cream cheese with cheddar cheese, garlic powder, dill, parsley flakes, onion powder, salt and pepper using a back of a fork until blended.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture and gently form into a ball.
- Roll balls in crushed crackers then place on tray and place pretzel stick into center of ball.
- Chill balls for about 30 minutes if needed before serving.
