Mini Cheddar Ranch Cheese Ball Bites


  • 1 package (8 ounces cream cheese)
  • 3 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese or cheddar cheese blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 12 pretzel sticks


  1. In a large bowl mix cream cheese with cheddar cheese, garlic powder, dill, parsley flakes, onion powder, salt and pepper using a back of a fork until blended.
  2. Scoop 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture and gently form into a ball.
  3. Roll balls in crushed crackers then place on tray and place pretzel stick into center of ball.
  4. Chill balls for about 30 minutes if needed before serving.
