Baked Tomato Basil Ravioli


  • 1 28 ounce can Tuttorosso® Crushed Tomatoes with Basil
  • 2 tablespoons Tuttorosso® Tomato Paste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil (plus additional for garnish)
  • 1 package (25 ounces frozen cheese ravioli)
  • 2 cups Italian-Style shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl mix crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and basil until combined. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour about 1 cup of sauce in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
  4. Top with a single layer of frozen ravioli.
  5. Top with half of the remaining sauce then 1 cup of shredded cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
  6. Repeat layer starting with ravioli.
  7. Cover with foil and cook for 30-35 minutes until center is cooked.
  8. Remove foil and cook for 5-10 minutes longer until hot and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with fresh chopped basil before serving.
