Baked Tomato Basil Ravioli

- 1 28 ounce can Tuttorosso® Crushed Tomatoes with Basil
- 2 tablespoons Tuttorosso® Tomato Paste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil (plus additional for garnish)
- 1 package (25 ounces frozen cheese ravioli)
- 2 cups Italian-Style shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a medium bowl mix crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and basil until combined. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour about 1 cup of sauce in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
- Top with a single layer of frozen ravioli.
- Top with half of the remaining sauce then 1 cup of shredded cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
- Repeat layer starting with ravioli.
- Cover with foil and cook for 30-35 minutes until center is cooked.
- Remove foil and cook for 5-10 minutes longer until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh chopped basil before serving.
