Creamy Piña Colada Smoothie


  • 8 ounces about 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 container (5.3 ounce Chobani Coconut Blended Yogurt or similar)
  • 1/2 cup original Silk refrigerated coconut milk or similar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.


To achieve the best results use a powerful blender like a Vitamix or Ninja.
Also use fresh pineapple. Simply cut a fresh pineapple up in chunks and place in freezer safe containers or storage bags.
Don’t use canned pineapple chunks.
If the smoothie is too thick simply add more coconut milk until you get desired consistency.
