Spray 2 6 cavity donut pans with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl mix together flour, baking powder, spiced apple cider packets and salt.
In a medium bowl whisk together sugar, cider, milk, eggs and butter.
Gradually pour wet ingredients into dry until just combined, don’t overmix.
Pour batter into each baking pan filling about 3/4 full.
Baked on the center rack for 15-17 minutes until a cake tester inserted into the center of the donut comes out clean.
Cool for about 15 minutes in pan before gently running a butter knife if needed around the outer rim of the donut then remove donut from pan and place on a wire rack to cool completely.
In a medium bowl mix together confectioners sugar and packet of apple cider mix.
Whisk in milk 1 tablespoon at a time until mixture is smooth and not too runny.
Dip donuts in glaze then place on wire rack until glaze is has dried.
Quickly fill donut cavities by pouring the batter into a piping bag or a large resealable storage or freezer bag then cut off one of the ends to create a tip. Once the bag is filled simply pipe the batter into each cavity filling about 3/4 full.
