Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies

- 1 box Funfetti Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl mix cake mix, oil, eggs and vanilla until blended. Fold in sprinkles.
- Using a cookie scoop or similar (about 2 tablespoons) scoop out dough and place on baking sheet, spacing about 1 1/2 inches apart.
- Bake on the center rack for 10-13 minutes, until edges begin to brown.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool few a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
