Strawberry Cheesecake Dip
Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese (soften)
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 can strawberry pie filling
- graham crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl blend using an electric mixer cream cheese until creamy.
- Add heavy whipping cream and vanilla and mix on high speed until mixture thickens and soft peaks form, about 5 minutes.
- Reduce speed and stir in confectioners sugar and stir until combine.
- Spread mixture into a shallow serving dish or pie plate. Top with strawberry filling. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight until ready to serve.
