Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 34 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • pinch of salt
  • 12 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/21 cup shredded cheese
  • 12 tomatoes (diced)
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion (optional)
  • 1/2 cup black olives (optional)
  • 1 bag tortilla chips (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Add cream cheese to a large mixing bowl and blend on medium speed until creamy. 
  2. Add in sour cream and 3-4 tablespoons of taco seasoning. Mix together until blended and creamy. Season with a pinch of salt. Spread mixture into a bottom of a pie dish or similar.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, red onions, olives. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.
