1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips or white candy coating*
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup sprinkles plus additional for garnishing
2 cup Cadbury mini eggs

Ingredients
Pour powdered sugar and sprinkles in a large gallon size Ziploc bag and set aside.
Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30 second increments until melted. *If using white chocolate chips, to prevent them from seizing add a scoop (about 1 tablespoon) of Crisco or vegetable shortening to the chips before melting.
Mix melted chocolate with Chex and then pour that mixture into powdered sugar mixture. Toss until all is coated.
Pour mixture into a bowl, adding Cadbury Mini Eggs and more sprinkles if desired.
