Breakfast Mocha Smoothie

BREAKFAST MOCHA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • Shot of espresso
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 medium sliced frozen banana
  • Scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons PB Fit peanut butter powder
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Ice
  • A dash of stevia, optional
  • Optional – sprinkle in chia seeds, milled flax seeds for additional nutrients and fiber.

Instructions

Add all ingredients to blender. If using frozen banana you can add a little extra ice if desired, if using a fresh banana add 1/3 cup or so of ice and blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes

  • I use a shot of espresso from my Nespresso machine. Stok also sells an espresso if you don’t have an espresso machine.
  • My go-to vanilla protein powder is FlavCity. You can find it HERE.
  • I add a dash of NOW liquid stevia. You can find it HERE.
  • If you don’t have frozen banana, you can use a fresh banana and add ice.
