Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender. If using frozen banana you can add a little extra ice if desired, if using a fresh banana add 1/3 cup or so of ice and blend until smooth and creamy.
Notes
I use a shot of espresso from my Nespresso machine. Stok also sells an espresso if you don’t have an espresso machine.

I add a dash of NOW liquid stevia. You can find it HERE.
If you don’t have frozen banana, you can use a fresh banana and add ice.
