Earlier this year I shared on my Instagram stories my recipes for Big Batch Hot Cocoa Mix. This is great to have on hand OR to make and give for gifties!

PrintBig Batch Hot Cocoa Mix
Ingredients
- 2 cups nonfat dry milk
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (like Hershey's cocoa or store brand in the baking section)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and gently pulse a few times until combined and not lumpy.
- Store in a mason jar or airtight container.
Notes
To make Hot Cocoa add 2-3 scoops of cocoa mix to 8 oz of hot milk or hot water. Add marshmallows, whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup and enjoy!
