Funfetti Blossoms


  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, room temperature
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles
  • 2530 chocolate kisses, unwrapped


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Using an electric mixer cream sugar and butter in a large bowl.
  3. Add egg and vanilla and mix until blended.
  4. In a medium bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt.
  5. Gradually add flour mixture into wet ingredients until combined.
  6. Fold in 2 tablespoons sprinkles into dough. Place remaining sprinkles in a shallow bowl.
  7. Roll dough into tablespoon size balls and roll in sprinkles. Place on baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 9-10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool on baking sheet for a few minutes.
  9. Transfer cookies to a wire rack. Press chocolate kiss into the center of cookie and let cookies cool completely.
  10. Store in an airtight container.
