package frozen chopped spinach, thawed rinsed and well drained
8 ounce
cream cheese, softened
1 cup
sour cream
1/2 cup
crumbled cooked bacon
1/2 cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup
grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup
red onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon
dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon
sugar
1/2 teaspoon
garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon
onion powder
1/4 teaspoon
hot sauce
A pinch of salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and place in a casserole dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Serve warm with crackers, chunks or bread of vegetables.
