Banana Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 1 cup canned pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes (about 8 large cubes)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
