Red Velvet White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Red velvet and chocolate chips all blended into one delicious cookie!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 3.4 ounce box chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 sticks (1 cup butter, room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon white distilled vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons red food coloring
  • 12 ounce bag white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl mix flour, pudding mix, baking soda and salt and set aside.
  3. Using and electric mixer cream butter and sugars.
  4. Add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla and vinegar.
  5. Gradually add in flour mixture until combined.
  6. Stir in red food coloring until blended.
  7. Stir in white chocolate chips until combined.
  8. Make 1 tablespoon size balls of dough and place them 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for a few minutes then transfer with a spatula to wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
