Red velvet and chocolate chips all blended into one delicious cookie!

Ingredients
2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 3.4 ounce box chocolate instant pudding mix
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 sticks (1 cup butter, room temperature)
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon white distilled vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons red food coloring
12 ounce bag white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats and set aside.
In a large bowl mix flour, pudding mix, baking soda and salt and set aside.
Using and electric mixer cream butter and sugars.
Add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla and vinegar.
Gradually add in flour mixture until combined.
Stir in red food coloring until blended.
Stir in white chocolate chips until combined.
Make 1 tablespoon size balls of dough and place them 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for a few minutes then transfer with a spatula to wire rack to cool completely.
