S’mores Marshmallow Pops

S'MORES MARSHMALLOW POPS

A fun and easy recipe for S’mores Marshmallow Pops dipped in chocolate and topped with crushed graham crackers!

Ingredients

  • 810 5-inch bamboo lollipop sticks
  • 1 bag marshmallows
  • 1 pound chocolate candy melts
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Add 3-4 marshmallows on each stick leaving 1-2 inches on the bottom of the stick to hold the pops.
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20-30 second increments stirring until melted. Alternatively you can melt the chocolate using a double boiler on the stove. When melting chocolate with a double boiler let the chocolate start to melt before stirring and make sure no water gets in the bowl with the chocolate. 
  3. Once the chocolate is melted gently dip and/or roll each marshmallow stick into the chocolate then hold the pop over the chocolate to allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
  4. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top then set aside on a baking sheet lined with wax paper and chill until hardened.
  5. Once hardened store in an air tight container.
