Optional – Chopped walnut, chopped pretzels, or sprinkles
Instructions
Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large microwave safe bowl mix powdered sugar and cocoa.
Top with cubed butter and milk. Don’t mix.
Microwave for 3 minutes. Stir then microwave in 30 second increments stirring in between each time until blended and creamy. Should be about another minute longer.
Stir in vanilla and optional chopped walnuts or chopped pretzels if desired.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with sprinkles if desired.
Refrigerate until set, at least 1 hour.
Cut into pieces.
Store in an airtight container for up 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
